Shipping & Returns

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges. Contact us at within 14 days after delivery and ship item back to us within 30 days and we will process a money back return or gladly exchange for another item. Item must be in new condition to receive refund. Please note, we do not refund shipping expenses.

Because of the nature of custom made and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel and custom made orders. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on collab items.  But please contact us if you have an issue with your order! 

​ Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

​ We do not accept cancellations, however please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Shipping & Processing Time

Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Custom and apparel orders have a longer processing time of 2-3 weeks because they are made to order.

​ *Pre-order: Will be shipped by date listed on product.

​ We ship internationally to all countries. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Once we have shipped your order we will send you a shipping notification that contains a tracking number.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please reach out to us and we will start a package search with the carrier.  We do not compensate for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
